How do I copy bin columns?

This is a bit of a tricky question!  Do you want to copy the information in one column to another or do you want to copy the column headings of one bin to another?  Fortunately, I have an answer for both!
If you want to copy the information from one bin column to another:
  1. Click on the first column in the bin.
  2. Press Ctrl/Cmd + D.
  3. Choose the column you want to paste that information to and then click OK.
If you want to copy the bin column headings of one bin to another, you should save the bin column headings and then choose that saved bin view in another bin.  To do this:
  1. Click the Text tab on the bin.
  2. Click the Bin View menu (where it says Untitled), and select Save As.
  3. In the View Name dialog box that appears, type the bin’s saved setting name and then click OK.

Hi, I have a question : I would like to copy the content of a column in a bin, to another column in another bin.

Exemple : I would like to copy the name column of a bin, and paste it to another bin, so I don’t have to copy/paste every single name of each clips.

    Thanks!

    Thank you for your reply,

I knew about the duplicate or copy/paste in columns, but I was secretly hoping that there would be a way… I think I’ll keep going with my select/copy/paste…

    regards,

    Alexis
